Thank you for requesting this upgrade package for your version of PropertyBoss Property Management Software. These instructions are for upgrading to PropertyBoss (release .). PropertyBoss requires Windows 7/8/10 to operate. It WILL NOT run properly in previous versions of Windows.

After you install the software and create your database(s), please contact our Client Care Group (via e-mail or phone) to register your database(s). Please send your six digit DBKey number (located in the lower right corner of the login window) and the name of the database you created to [email protected].
