Credit/Debit Cards are charged a service fee of $2.95 plus 3.10%.

Bank Drafts are charged a service fee of $2.95.

This payment option is for current month, on time payments only. No late payments will be excepted through this portal.

All rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is extended through the 5th of the current month.

Please note that if you are paying your rent after the 5th of the month, you will need to pay by certified funds at our office. You must include a 10% late fee plus $10.00 per day starting on the 6th through the date you pay your rent.
