Note: All payments made with Credit Cards are subject to a 3% service fee. There are no service fees on payments made with Bank Drafts.No Partial payment of rents will be accepted through this system. Rents paid later than four days after the due date must be paid with money order or cashiers check (certified funds) - Remember that an online payment by bank draft is the same as paying with a personal check and must have a minimum of five business days to clear the bank. Rents paid after 12AM EST will be treated as being paid the following day. If you type the numbers in wrong and your rent is not paid because of this, you will be charged the late fees and returned item fee per your lease. Any failure of rent being paid is strictly the responsibility of the tenant.
