Applicant understands that if, at any time, there are vacant bedrooms in the applicant's assigned apartment Campus Corner Apartments reserves the rights to assign roommates without prior notice and/or to relocate the applicant to another unit. Applicant further understands that roommate compatibility and floor plan preference is not guaranteed.
Applicant understands that an application fee of $100.00 is due at the time of submittal of this housing application and is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Applicant also understands that the application fee does no reserve a space in Campus Corner Apartments.
I, the Undersigned Applicant, have read and agree to all provisions of this application. I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions set forth in this application. I understand that this application is a part of my lease agreement especially those areas regarding fees. I hereby authorize the management agent to make any necessary investigation as to the information contained in this application. I understand that this investigation may include, but not be limited to, a credit report, verification of employment, past rental history, student judicial and police records. I, therefore, consent to this investigation, and I certify that all stated facts are true, and it is understood that any misrepresentation or omission may be cause for the management agent and/or owners to reject this application and/or terminate this contract. I authorize the management agent to examine my criminal records and use the information as an additional basis to determine whether this application shall be approved or disapproved. I have the right to make a written request within a reasonable period of time for a complete and accurate disclosure of additional information concerning the nature and scope of this report.
Applicant further authorizes free exchange of information between Campus Corner Apartments, Capstone Management, and Green River Community College, including but not limited to the applicant's student status, academic records, judicial records, and financial records to be used to determine whether this application and/or continued residency shall be approved or disapproved.
Applicant understands that a financially responsible Guarantor over the age of 21 is required for the completion of the application process, and that failure or refusal to provide a Guarantor may result in the cancellation of this application and any resultant Housing License Agreement.
