Rental Policies and Procedures

The following policies have been established for all applicants of property managed by Advantage Asset Management.

Fair Housing

Advantage Asset Management strictly adheres to all requirements of the Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate against any applicant for any reasons of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, marital status, or physical or mental disability.

We will reject any applicant for a history of any of the following:

Credit Score and Deposit Required

We will only use our internally generated credit reports and criminal background data, which we acquire from Online Information Services. We do not accept credit reports provided by prospective tenants. We will use the highest score of those named as "Parties" to the lease.

Advantage Asset Management will continue to advertise and consider all other applications for the subject property until the following has been provided:

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTHS RENT MUST BE IN A CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. FIRST MONTH'S RENT CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO: ADVANTAGE ASSET MANAGEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO: ADVANTAGE ASSET MANAGEMENT
