Paypros ACH provider, Profitstars, will be performing a maintenance window beginning 2-22 at 9pm ET and ending at 8 am ET on 2-23. Profitstars’ service will be unavailable during that window.
The only merchants affected would be those which use Profitstars and attempt to process ACH transactions on that weekend night, which should be very few. The window is timed to have the least possible impact.
Any merchants who have issues after the maintenance window should start by calling Paypros tech support department, which is always available free of charge 24-7 via their main switchboard at 800-774-6462.
