Prospect Portal

Transform your website into a powerful tool where available units are listed and electronic guest cards are captured. Fully integrated with PropertyBoss, the Prospect Portal automatically posts user-defined information about available units including, pictures, media, descriptions and directions already stored within PropertyBoss. In addition, prospects can request more information about the listed properties and those requests are automatically e-mailed to you.

 

 

Application Portal

The PropertyBoss Application Portal allows prospective tenants to complete online applications, sign an electronic copy and email the files to the property manager. The portal also captures and updates PropertyBoss with the applicant information, and, when linked with the PropertyBoss Payment Portal, accepts online payments for application fees and security deposits.

 

 

 

Resident Portal

Provide residents secure online access to information about their lease, payment history and work order status and history. In addition,residents can submit online requests for work orders, update contact information and, when linked with the PropertyBoss Payment Portal, make one-time or recurring payments by credit card or bank draft.

 

 

Owner Portal

Publish user-configured owner account information, statements, photos and other electronic media related to the property via the Owner Portal. Owners can also view a history of all related work orders, enter comments, update their contact information and, when linked with the PropertyBoss Payment Portal, make electronic payments.

 

 

Vendor Portal

Allow vendors secure access to their work orders with the PropertyBoss Vendor Portal. Instead of printing, faxing or mailing work orders to all of the vendors required to keep each property in the proper condition, simply publish them to a secure website where vendors can log in, view, print, comment on and even update the work orders assigned to them.

 

Payment Portal

With the PropertyBoss Payment Portal, property managers can accept electronic payments online. All payments received through the Payment Portal are automatically received and prepared for receipt within PropertyBoss. When linked with the Owner Portal or the Resident Portal, payments are automatically assigned to the appropriate individual for reduced processing times and greater financial accuracy.
