PB Mobile Inspector Orientation

Course Overview

To ensure that you have a successful experience with the PB Mobile Inspections app, we invite new Mobile Inspections clients to participate in the Orientation Program.

The Mobile Inspections Orientation Program is designed to familiarize you with the basic functionality and capabilities of the mobile inspections app. This program typically lasts about 30 minutes and is conducted over the telephone. In this session you will learn how to setup and navigate through the various aspects within the mobile inspections app and complete inspections while out of the office.

Course Outline

Mobile Inspections App Overview

• Download and Install
• Logging in
• Initial sync

Completing Inspections

• Viewing inspections assigned (as administrator)
• Viewing inspections assigned (as Resident)
• Taking pictures and adding them to inspections

Finalize, Submit, and Syncing with Database

• Complete and sign inspections
• Sync completed inspections
